In July, 2005, ARISE completed the purchase of the property at the intersection of Bridge Street and 24th Avenue in Owatonna, Minnesota. better known as the Lakeside Building ( formerly Cybex). The facility is a 200,000 square foot complex under roof on 14.5 acres of prime industrial property just off Interstate 35W. There are 20,000 square feet of finished office space and 180,000 square feet of open manufacturing space. Ceiling Heights range from 18 - 25 feet.
